If you would like a refund, you must request a refund prior to the live break associated with your order. Once the live break has started there are absolutely no refunds or returns.
For any refunds, there is a 5% restock fee of the total order. The 5% restock fee covers any payment provider fees associated with your order, which are not refunded to us when we issue a refund. If you'd like a refund in store credit, you will NOT be charged the restock fee.
